ya i definitely made some great changes. im not lean enough yet. its an area i really am trying hard to improve on. i want to take it to the next level. i definitely recommend amg no base nne and all their products. very professional and they do exactly as they say they do.
i had basically no side effects that were negative and im very happy with the composition changes. thanks for the compliment.
