Yes.

Good luck trying to focus on a "normal life" with testosterone levels in the toilet. Why even bother?
I'm 1 month from 50. 10mg Test P, 2iu GH and 10mg Cialis every day. No AI. I'm happy. I'm horny. I'm strong AF in the gym. I breath better. I wake up with wood. The "hardware" works on command. I give blood every 2 months. My BP is 120's/70's. I'm back to peeing only 1-2x night. I'm motivated at work and in the gym. Sleep is better. Less supplements to buy. More even tempered. Skin clear. No visable oil slick on the sheets any more. No more night sweats. Wife says I smell better?
Yes.
Not be scared of TRT. It's used for a reason. What's your age?
Depends, sometimes after using for years metabolism is much faster and higher dose TRT is needed.

Mega studies with thousands of participants don't show this.
I get some guys who have been on tons of gear for decades wanting to get far away from this hobby game. Burnout, issues etc, but I do not understand the mentality of going completely off even TRT level gear. I think most are losing sight of things.
When I decided with a natural T-level of still 500 at age 48 to stick that first T-needle in, I decided there was no going back. I decided through thick and thin, I would be in TRT for life. You don't steal second base, going half way and then turning back to first. Yes, I had decent natural levels, but it wasn't enough for who I am and how I'm wired.... I was still fading away. Whether you are like me, basically doing TRT with GH, or you're running cycles and need to get health back etc, you make these decisions for life. You adjust as need be and continue research and trial and error until you get it right. Going off everything cold turkey in my opinion is a scary proposition, unless you're young and will bounce back.
There is nothing unhealthy about a proper TRT protocol and debatable if TRT with some GH sprinkled on top truly slows or even slightly reverses aging. In my three year journey now, running both, in my humble opinion, ir truly does reverse aging in many, many ways. It's three years later and I look a good 6-8 years younger. Everything is good and working.
Two cents.
