Maintaining 230 nicely while getting leaner with slightly modified diet.
Went in today and hammer calves for like 30 mins then 10 degree incline walk @ 3mph for 30min to do some cardio. My right bicep tendon is killing me today, everytime I do chest my bicep tendons get fried. Also heavy heavy squats fry my arms more than my legs I swear hahah
