Wow, I thought it was common to only use 250-800mg a day. How come you dose it so high? ( more is better, right? )
I'm not asking specifically for a source but where do guy's usually get their metformin from?

im liking this metformin quite a bit.. it's really helping me stay tight.
up to 2.5g on off days and 1.7g on training days (metformin...not aas lol)
on training days, I take 1 850mg first thing in AM and one right before I go to bed.
the gastro upset seems to have warn off
Do you think the met is going to hinder your ability to put the calories down as you progress in your offseason? That's the only thing that's holding me back as I'm going to be ramping up the food more. That as well as the reduced IGF levels, are you doing anything to combat that or do you not believe all the hype?
