→ i'v noticed that this lifestyle can make many of us feel dis-connected
..prob in part bc not many of the normal/regular people in our lives don't really understand what we do &/or why
..sometimes even when they'r close to us
..so the weight room is/becomes a great place to hide

i know so many "stoics" ..or guys that have "stoic" personalities ..especially the OG's
(..i'm guilty of this in the past myself)

^^^the point here is just to remember/remind ourselves;
..not to let ourselves become too isolated
..that Low Cals/AAS/PEDs/Hard Workouts etc etc ect ..ALL take their toll on us ..& the toll is not only physical
..despite popular perception; ..depression/altered moods ..even isolation is common in this lifestyle IME


..always a good practice to evaluate yourself as a whole ..& not just the physique

..don't be afraid ..or too proud ..to reach out

^^^there's no prize going to the guy that "suffered the most" ..no prize for the "martyr"

..just means more suffering
..& when you suffer ..the people that love you suffer ..so do it for them, if not yourself

As someone who has been in that position, it’s almost impossible to talk..it took me at least 6 years and over 30 iPhone videos of me saying goodbye to my kids before I could talk about it
