We all need protein. Ok.
But how much lean muscle can you gain in one year? 5kg?
300g ED adds up to 110kg of protein in one year.
I know protein is used for several functions, but are our bodies really this inefficient in building muscle?
How much protein pr day do you need just to maintain the muscle you have.
That is the question? I am sure there are different requirements pr individual!
