Should dairy be cut out to help reduce your gut?

We all need protein. Ok.

But how much lean muscle can you gain in one year? 5kg?

300g ED adds up to 110kg of protein in one year.

I know protein is used for several functions, but are our bodies really this inefficient in building muscle?

How much protein pr day do you need just to maintain the muscle you have.
That is the question? I am sure there are different requirements pr individual!

Most people dismiss guys like Westin Price.

The mind set of so many people are so rigid they shut down and choose
to carry on, many probably very rarely have blood work, stress tests,
or even see a Dr because they'd rather not know, basing their health on how they look and feel. "I'm fine" kinda attitude.

For example, in one of his statements he says the following:

All Americans, not just some, develop atherosclerosis when they eat a diet so high in animal products. Over 90% of Americans eventually develop atherosclerosis and hypertension from the low intake of unprocessed vegetable, fruits, beans, nuts and seeds, and high intake of animals products.


Guys in "our world" just dismiss this stuff.

I definitely agree most people don't get enough vegetables and fruits, I am myself am really bad on the vegetables. I've been considering buying a juicer, but the drawback on those is they remove most of the fiber etc. the nutribullet sounds good although I'm not sure how easy to eat/drink those smoothies are. Anyone recommend a certain juicer?

My buddy swears by his vitamix. Says it keeps the fiber since the blades are dull. They pulverize the fruits/vegetables instead of sharp blades u c in the ninja and others that liquify the ingredients.
 
big dog just to clarify so u do not have any dairy products at all ? like zero nothing and thats why you think you do not get these sort of ( Lactose intolerantance) side effects ? I thought u have whey iso thats a dairy product.



Noooo I am lactose tolerant, meaning I can eat as much dairy as I want without any consequences

Yup those two are true, but I also have below average insulin sensitivity :(
 
Another factor I believe is a stressed liver. Does anyone else get bloated as fuck when their liver is stressed?
