Everything is feeling nice and pumped so time to get some rest. Next week is 5x5 week so its going to get fun.
 
Sat/sun rest and lots of it. Trying to take it easy on my lower back that is jacked.

As far as Trest, I don't really feel much of anything.
My muscles feel full, and my appetite is back and full force.
I'm thinking of getting bloods Friday just to see.
 
Week 3 under way.
Going to be making some adjustments to diet. Dropping calories.
Still no signs of being on something, weight the same, strength the same.
Although smooth as butter to pin and I'm hungry as a bear.
Just not feeling much at 50mg a day.
I'm also going to get blood work soon to see how my Formabolic is doing.

Training this week is 3x12 for my main lift and my lower back is fucked.

Got my Blood work back and looks normal For being on cycle
estrogen is perfect 38.4(7.6-42.6)
Test level 912 (349-1145)but pinned 100cyp the day before
Liver values alittle high but I dropped to only one scoop of liver support so back to 2 I go....
especially since I'm taking all this Advil by the handfuls a day.
Bun creatinine are alittle better then when on tren and egfr is alittle low.
My thyroid is still alittle out of wack
T3 uptake high
T4 low
I'll make it into a jpeg when I get by a computer.
 
3 day rest and relaxation.
Can't wait to get back in the gym.
Making a slight adjustment to my test dose, since I've been on a low dose for so long I'm going to up it to 500 a week in 2 shots.
Well see how this Formabolic holds up to this.
I have faith.

8 oz Chicken breast or 99% fat free ground turkey, or Turket Breast
1 cup cooked Brown Rice
1/4 Almonds
1 cup Broc

Meal 3 11-12:00 PM
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 3:00PM PREWORKOUT
8oz lean beef
8oz Sweet Potato
lightly salt this meal with Himalayan salt
Plus
Multi Vitamin, 1g Fish Oil, 1g super cissus,5g taurine, 5g creatine

4:30PM TRAIN

Right after training:
2 scoops Whey ISO in water, 2 Rice cakes

No sign of lactating, either the pro gen liquid caber worked or it went down on its own.

Forgot to post yesterday's lift log. Which is quite depressing. On npp and tren I was able to squat 315x8x3, when I got to my final lift of 3 I'm supposed to do as many as possible. So I bang out six and just felt like a struggle for my life. But I could have gotten my 8, I'm just mind fucked at the fact that my strength is dropping on Trest so I just racked it and went on.
I was thinking of upping the dose to 75ed but that means I'd have to buy more and buy more of something that has no signs of doing anything except building scar tissue.
