Building a better mind muscle connection?

What ways do you find work best? My main battle is my mind muscle connection to my left bicep is dog crap. Right side - awesome.

I’ve tried, touching it while doing reps, staring at it, visualizing it. Not sure what else.

What’ve you found works well to build a better MMconnection?

Couple things that work for me

1. Picking movements that work well FOR ME. I won’t force an exercise if it doesn’t work for my anatomy/I can’t feel it

2. Rather than just thinking about doing the exercise, I think about the function of the muscle. You say you struggle with your right bicep? When doing, say, a curl, think of elbow flexion and squeeze the bicep with that in mind. Think of it like posing. Move the weight by flexing.

3. Unilateral movements can make it easier sometimes. Try a single arm preacher, and maybe even close your eyes and just think about hitting a front double bicep against that resistance when doing it.

Yea I get a poor connection to my left, single arm preacher is the best for me.

I’ll give that tip a try

excersise selection and an appropriate weight.
Most of the times using a higher rep range (that means going lighter on the weight) results in an increased mind muscle connection

Use less weight. A lot easier to focus on a real muscular contraction if you’re adequately controlling the weight.
This, also higher reps, squeeze at the top. For me I never have trouble feeling in biceps but Hammer curls feel it the best

Cock your wrists back as you get to the top of your bicep curls. This helps you feel the top head and co traction a lot more. It’s always worked for me.

Other than the advices before I add while u do an exercise, slows the negative of the movement

is your right bicep alot bigger than your left bicep? im not talking about barely noticeable difference

Not a difference others would notice unless I asked them to break down my physique in a photo

Flex all the time. During the day, when looking in the mirror, during workout and posing at home. Close your eyes and flex the muscle. Every exercise you should be squeezing each target muscle along with the ancillary muscles for each movement. MM control takes time to build.

Slow down the movements and or up the reps.

Cialis 5mgs or10mg if no problems half an hour to an hour before workouts then 15 minutes before I drink a pre workout drink with pump agents. And as Arnold said “when I’m training biceps I think of them as mountains”.

Hypertrophy coach partial rom sets May help. Joe Bennett arms on YouTube

Thanks a lot guys, tons of great info!

Not sure about the ketamine lol LSD microdoses sure do give cognitive boosts so maybe I’ll try that lol
