Once i will deal with this injury I will do another cut and after it another rebound . Spoke with a doctor , tomorrow they will see me as there is no improvement in my forearm after 11 days - still cant even use a shaker. But for now even with a very limited workout i am trying to do something. Currently like most of the time carb cycling- this treat me very well. This is today. Tomorrow easy 600 carbs after pull day.

Training went great - so much bigger , fuller , pull session , decided to include rack pulls in my current plan to make my weakest point stronger. Low volume beating log book 📖. High carb day with traces fats. 6 meals
1 st meal proteins only
2 meal carb proteins
3 4 5 same
6 proteins with tiny amount of fat.
I want to progress a lot for upcoming 16 weeks . To prevent fat accumulation i need to have very low fat when high carbs and high proteins. Dont count efa as they are my staple. Let the fun start. In the past I was wonder how people can fit in 400 proteins daily. Did that yesterday and i know i could eat more. Today target is the same.

Yes as I really want to put some size this year but to do that I need to have
1 good recovery and push pull legs is ideal for it
2 have a high carb days to grow
So on those 3 days i push my carb really high so i can lower then on my off days as insulin sensitivity gonna be key over here. On high carb days i eat mostly fish which is very low in fat on off days i eat eggs meat to make sure i still have some fat in my diet. I am 43

Yea recovery is everything. Pushing everything to failure on those days?

40 mg npp day -280 mg week
630 mg total anabolic load

Bought some alpha lipolic acid will add it in the last 2 meals with carbs of the day. Today another high carb day but slightly less then yesterday as it was push session. Npp kicked in the fullnes is amazing. Today no added fats. First 2 meals with fish later chicken. Tomorrow day off so low carb and some fats from eggs in the morning.
 
98.5 finally high carb and day off from work. That def gonna be great.

Low carb day , I will slowly up my carb to be at least 200 on low day. Beeing shredded at nearly 100kg is def no point going lower.
 
98.2 metabolism really speed up to the point that i am dropping weight on 500 carbs on high days and 300 low. Time to up the carbs on high days even more. Tomorrow refeed and i should close days in around 700. Metabolism was so slow on those constant 200 untill i start to properly eat.
 
Decided to not doing half ass a current cycle so i am gonna up my gh to 4iu a day to. I have test npp tbol so will utilise it. This the leanest 99.0 i have ever been.

Every week my physique is getting thicker. Tshirts feel tighter. Scale does not reflect that which in my case is a bless due to knees problem if i am too heavy. Looks like it is nice clean bulk, today off day carbs are 300.
