last night - legs - prop 750 day 7

BB Squats - 355x8(+10lbs), 315x12 - stopped there because my lower spine was hurting. Right where the spine connects to the hip, and I didn't know what was causing it. Didn't want to push it too much.

Leg Press - 16pl+10 x8(+10lbs), 14pl+20 x8(+20lbs), 12pl+20 x10(+20lbs), 10pl+20 x10, 8pl+20 x14 - I did 5 sets of leg presses since I was having the back issue with squats. Not going to let pain get in the way of progress!

Leg Extension - 215x12(+10lbs), 195x10, 180x9(+5lbs), 160x10(+5lbs), 140x10

Seated Leg Curls - 145x13(+5lbs and 1 rep), 130x12(+10lbs), 120x10, 100x12, 90x15

Toe Presses - 12pl+40 x18(+20lbs), 10pl+40 x15(+20lbs), 8pl+40 x15(+20lbs and 1 rep), 6pl+40 x15(+20lbs)

I felt great other than the back pain with the squats. Strength continues to go up nicely, and my libido is still raging. :headbang:

Decline BB Bench - 225x8, 195x7, 185x6 (new exercise, flat bench was starting to tear up my delts)

Felt real tired this session, not sure why. Still had nice strength increases across the board though, so it's all good. Diet's going well and i'm excited to see what my weight is next week :headbang: MEDRX FTW!!!

Great workout, very intense. I was originally going to do 175 on the mil press, but I've been wanting to throw up 2 plates per side for a while now. So I did it and hit 8 reps. I was happy about that, so next time will be 185. My grip fails with rack deads and shrugs, so I bought a pair of versa gripps last night. That should help bring up the poundages a lot. I can't stand selling my back short, just because the bar starts to roll off my fingertips.

This is easily, the best and most intense workout i've had in a looooooooooooooooong time! I went nice and slow with the negatives as always, got great contractions and really felt each muscle work and squeeze. It felt very good.

Body weight was up to 195.4 and this was the absolute WORST workout i've had in a long time. I had zero energy even after taking my pre-wo drink and I just felt like utter garbage. I felt a LOT of pressure in my head all day at work, my ears and face were burning hot, yet i felt cold, and my throat was a little sore. I went to the gym anyway and still was stronger than last time lol. So I went to the dr and turns out I have the flu. The relevance here is, when I went to the dr, their scale said I weighed 200.1lbs. So i'm not so sure my gym's scale is very accurate. If the dr scale was right, then thats a 7lb gain in only 15 days. I was prescribed tamiflu and a pain med for my head, today my fever is down to 99.8, instead of 101.7 like yesterday, so it's working. I'm planning on hitting chest and delts tomorrow if the pressure in my head goes away. It's still there now, so i'm crossing my fingers! I need to get huge, not be out of work and the gym and be sick!!!!

Pretty good workout considering I stopped taking my pre-wo drink as of yesterday. I've used it for a year straight, so I think it's time to give my adrenal glands a rest. So I was diagnosed with the flu and my tamiflu will be gone tomorrow, yet last night i had a sore throat and was coughing a little. Well now today, my throat is really sore, my mucous is really thick and green, and i'm couhging up a lung every few minutes. WTF!?

DB Side Lateral Raises - 45x12(+2 reps), 40x8, 35x9

Rack Deads - 405x9(+50lbs), 365x6(+50lbs), 335x8(+60lbs) - got my new versa gripps in the mail, and as you can see, they're awesome!!

Bent Over BB Rows - 275x6, 225x8, 185x14 - going lighter on these next time, not able to get a good squeeze and pulling with my arms too much.

T Bar Rows - 225x12, 225x6, 205x9 - new exercise, felt real strong, nice slow and controlled reps with explosive positives and a hard squeeze at the top.

DB Shrugs - 110x8, 100x10, 90x10

15min Treadmill at 4.2mph

This was THE most intense workout i've had yet! I was grunting and yelling and just in complete and total beast mode. It felt amazing. I was getting a lot of looks from people. They had that "holy shit, that guy's nuts" look on their face lol. I felt crazy strong and when I got home and ate, I gave my wife a wild ride for about an hour haha. I honestly haven't felt like this since my very first cycle, but i've also never went this high with my test dose before. Blood pressure is perfect, and other than what has now turned into an upper respiratory infection, I feel healthier than I have in a long time.

50g pro, 50-60g carbs, 10-20g fat per meal. 5-6 meals per day.

Protein - grass fed beef, free range chicken and scrambled eggs, isopure zero carb protein drinks, sometimes albacore or tuna.

Carbs - pineapple, peaches, grapes, strawberry preserves, multi-grain bread, pancakes(sunday mornings), mountain dew, oatmeal, russett potatoes, sweet potatoes, spanish rice, whole grain tortillas, green veggies, cherry tomatoes, 100% pure lemonade(not from concentrate), 100% pure orange juice(not from concentrate), ice cream

Fats - peanut butter, coconut oil, EVOO, macadamia nut oil, mayo lol.

As you can see, it's about 60-70% clean and 30-40% dirty. I'm in my off-season and i'm a middlweight, so i'm not afraid of putting on a little fat. Funny thing is, I have actually leaned out a little these past 2 weeks. I've been looking into many of gh15's posts as well, and got a few ideads from him. As soon as I place my next order with MedRX, I will be making some insane changes to my physique. I will be using cyp(1000-1200mg), tren(300-500mg), and EQ(600-900mg). Pulling out all the fuckin stops for the next 3 months.

Nothing bro, just 1050mg/wk of prop. I pin daily to keep blood levels as stable as possible, so that helps more as well. I've always used fairly low doses (500-750mg test/wk) so this is my first time ever going this high. My last contest prep is used 750/wk of cyp and grew into the show. After doing a lot of research, i'm seeing these monsters changing their physiques entirely in a year's time, and their using 1000+ per week of test plus an anabolic and an oral. Also GH of course. I can't use GH due to funds at the moment, so i'm going to do the best with what I have. I'll be adding in more compunds within the next couple weeks though, then things will get VERY interesting!
 
11/14/11 - bis, tris - prop 1050mg day 6

Close Grip Smythe Bench - 180x8, 160x8, 140x6 (new exercise, never done this before. was doing dips for tris, but putting more than two 45's on my weight belt got to be a pain in the ass.)

Skull Crushers - 90x10(+5lbs and 4 reps), 80x8(+5lbs and 2 reps), 70x10(+5lbs and 3 reps), 60x10(+5lbs and 2 reps)

Straight Bar Reverse Cable Curls - 165x12(+5lbs and 1 rep), 150x10, 140x10, 135x10(+5lbs), 120x10

Standing DB Curls - 50x16, 45x12, 40x12 (actually went down in weight because sure I can curl the 65's twelve times, but it's more yanking than anything. I don't arch my back and form is good, but I just can't get a good contraction and squeeze in my biceps, So if I can FEEL the 50's way more and get a better pump and contraction, they should yield better growth IMO. My arms have been 17" for too damn long and i'm getting sick of it. So i'm hoping light weight and more quality contractions will make them grow.

DB Concentration Curls - 40x10, 35x8, 30x8 (new exercise)

Standing BB Curls - 95x10, 85x10, 75x10 (another new exercise) Most people do these first in their arm workouts, but I have a cyst on each wrist that hurts like a bitch, so using heavy weight just bothers it more. I had no issues with the light weight here though, and I got a sick pump!

how do you like injecting with the slin pins? i have been on medrx prop now for 4 days but have been using a larger pin. i would like to use a slin pin if it works well. let me know thank you

I have tried with a slin pin but almost a minute or two before getting a full cc takes a bit of time... compared to my 23g which takes 5seconds to get 1cc is a big difference...

Iv had no problem with 25gs it flows really nice and fast.
 
I have been using MedRx's Tren Ace, pinning with a 29g slin pin. .5cc flows easily....
