how do you like injecting with the slin pins? i have been on medrx prop now for 4 days but have been using a larger pin. i would like to use a slin pin if it works well. let me know thank you

I use a 29g 1/2 inch and yea it takes longer to draw and shoot, but it's nothing too bad. I actually just went back to 23g pins recently after upping my dose, because I'm using more than 1mL per day. I will be switching to cyp soon as well, with tren E added. So ill be using even more.

Leg Press - 750x12(+10lbs and 3 reps), 670x12(+10lbs and 2 reps), 620x10(+10lbs), 510x12(+10lbs and 2 reps), 470x15(+10lbs and 2 reps), 410x15(+20lbs and 3 reps)

Leg Extensions - 230x12(+5lbs), 200x13(+5lbs and 1 rep), 190x12(+10lbs), 180x12, 170x12

Seated Leg Curls - 155x15(+5lbs), 140x12(+5lbs), 120x15(+5 reps)

Toe Presses - 640x20(+10lbs and 5 reps), 530x15(+10lbs), 420x15(+10lbs), 330x15(+10lbs), 270x15(+10lbs)

Skipped BB squats because my spine hurt BAD the past 2 times I did them, as well as my knees. So I think I may drop the weight down to like 225 and just rep it the fuck out and see how that works next time. I'm training a client as well, and he has ankle issues that he's going to rehab for, so it's best for both of us. This was a good session , legs were nice and full of blood due to the volume, and calves were real sore too, but I have no DOMS what so ever. :headbang:

Decline BB Bench - 230x10(+3 reps, new PR), 200x9(+5lbs and 1 rep), 185x5(just too much lactic acid)

Incline DB Press - 90x8(+2 reps), 80x10(+5 reps), 70x7(+1 rep)

Flat Hammer Strength Chest Press - 290x7(+10lbs), 230x8(+2 reps), 210x8(+2 reps), 190x8

Cable Crossovers - 90x8, 80x8, 70x8(+2 reps), 60x9(+1 rep), 50x10

I was training a client again, so my workout was far from intense like it normally is, but as you can see it was still awesome. Normally I blast the Hatebreed, lamb of god etc, in my ipod and go ape shit haha. I'm training alone tonight, so it's fuckin ON!!!! Anyways, this session was great and I set a new PR on decline BB bench. :headbang:
 
My tren and cyp came in a VERY speedy fashion(as always with MedRX), so it's fuckin go time now! I'm starting with 200/wk of tren E and 1000/wk of test, because i've never ued tren e before and I know sides are more apparent than with ace. If all goes well, I will bump it to 300/wk then 400, etc, until my planned dose of 600/wk is reached. Pure mutation is planned in the coming months. The tren E is crazy smooth too!

Thanks man, you have a good 20lbs of pure muscle on me, so i'm trying to mutate up to your level lol. I'm comin for ya though! Better keep gaining! lol. My goal is to be where you're at in your avi, before my next show prep starts in march/april. :headbang:

Rack Deads - 415x10(+10lbs and 1 rep) - stopped here cuz I got a sharp pain in my left tricep for some reason)

T Bar Rows - 235x12(+10lbs), 225x10(+4 reps), 205x8

Awesome mind/muscle connection, strength still going up, VERY aggressive during the deads and t-bar rows! not really a stellar workout because it was early in the morning(i'm used to training at night) but it was still good regardless. MedRX FTW!!!! :headbang:

Sick pump, felt strong, and had a great workout. Weight was down to 195.8, not sure wtf is going on with my weight fluctuating all the time, but it's really pissing me off lol. :banghead:

The only pain issues my friend Rey has had have been from being awesome and hitting a nerve in his left quad twice now in back to back weeks :) (he's rocking MedRXs test prop, test enanthate, and tren ace)

Squats - 225x30, 205x20, 185x15 - went way lighter than normal on these, because last time i did 365x8 and it felt bad on my spine. the more i think about it and more i read what others say, higher reps seem to be where it's at with legs. my spine really hurt and had a lot of unnatural pressure on it, so i think it's a good idea to go lighter with bb squats from now on.

Leg Press - 760x12(+10lbs), 680x10(+10lbs), 570x10

Leg Extensions - 235x12(+5lbs), 205x12(+5lbs), 195x10(+5lbs), 185x10(+5lbs), 175x12(+5lbs)

Seated Leg Curls - 160x12(+5lbs), 145x10(+5lbs), 125x11(+5lbs), 115x12, 105x12

My quads were crazy pumped and the lactic acid build up was insane after the high rep squats. This session got my legs sore for the first time in i can't even remember how long.

This was a good session, but for some reason I didn't really even get a pump in my chest. This hasn't happened to me since my last contest prep a few weeks out from my show. A pump isn't everything, but as we all know, it feels and looks damn good. We celebrated thanksgiving saturday, so that's why i trained today. Hope you all have a happy thanksgiving, stay safe, engorge yourselves with calorically dense food, enjoy time with your loved ones and friends, and take some time out of the day to appreciate what you DO have, instead of thinking or complaining about what you don't have.
