Awesome workout, VERY intense! I was literally yelling when I did the 425lb rack deads and it felt great lol. Did a little posing post-wo and was real pumped and i'm definitely putting on some thickness. THANK YOU MED!!! Also, i've never used tren e before, so for those of you who are more familiar with it, how long does it usually take to "kick in?" By that I mean the aggressiveness, strength gains, fat burning, etc.
 
Those are some nice numbers man! I havent used Tren E myself but from all the reading it should be around 3-4 weeks to be at full levels....

thanks man, yea that's what i've been reading. i'm wanting to increase the tren to 300/wk, but if it's not fully kicked yet, then i don't want to do that lol. i will give it a little while longer and then i'll increase the dose. :headbang: i'm stronger now and have more quality muscle on me , than I ever have before, so I can only imagine what the next few months have in store for me. i wore a shirt yesterday that used to fit decent, maybe a tad tighter than i prefer, and yesterday it was tighter than shit lol. my girl complimented that my arms looked huge in it. so something good is definitely happening.

thanks, will do man! yes, he definitely is! between the help of him and my new diet and aas protocols from a "not liked person who i won't mention on this board," i'm noticing some big changes in my physique. i will be adding in some gh soon as well, and i am VERY excited about that, because it'll be the first time i've ever used it.

No back pain with the squats, I finally perfected my form. I was pushing my hips back too far and leaning too far forward, which was putting way too much pressure on my lower spine. Now I just squat as if i'm sitting down in a chair, and everything feels great with no pain. :D

Decent pump in my chest, not what I expected, but decent none the less. Felt nice and strong, and i'm starting to get compliments every time I step in the gym. Everyone keeps bugging the shit out of me and asking me all kinds of questions all the time now too. It's fine, I love helping people, but when it interferes with my workout, it's annoying. Someone said "dude, your forearms are as big as my damn biceps!" hahaha, that made me feel good right before doing the decline bench. The tren has been increased to 300/wk as of yesterday as well :headbang:

VERY aggressive, VERY intense workout! Felt awesome the whole time, except for my right delt was hurting for some reason, so I skipped side lateral raises. Back is nice and sore today, that hasn't happened in quite some time. Weight is 202.0lbs exactly, so that's a 10lb gain from the start, and at the same estimated bf% :D Abs for just as visible when flexed, as they were last month.

Arnold Curls - 45x8, 40x8, 35x10 (new exercise, not sure if they're really called arnold curls, but i seen him doing them the first time i watched pumping iron. figured i'd change it up from regular concentration curls)

VERY good workout, I trained with a fellow competitor who is bigger and stronger than I am, so that gave me more motivation. He never does drop sets though, so he got really fatigued lol. He was also surprised with the weight i chose to start out with on the reverse cable curls and preacher curls, which made me feel good, even though he did more reps than me lol. I had THE BEST PUMP in my biceps and triceps, than i've had in a LONG time!

Awesome workout, but my knees were really bothering me, so I only did 2 sets of squats and leg presses. My knees are still sore today, my legs are a little sore, but they were worse yesterday. I did 4hrs of xmas shopping with the fam and got a lot of blood and nutrients in there, so i'm sure that helped with recovery.

Stay on top of that shoulder pain bro, shoulder issues have been my greatest hinderance. Get some therapy, ice, and stretch as much as you can. Dante's shoulder stretches/rotations help alot!

yea, this is the first time in my life i've had any shoulder pain, so i will be icing it and doing the broom stretch a lot. what really sucks is today is delts and back lol. i probably won't be doing lateral raises.
 
Nice numbers man! I agree stay on top of the shoulder, when i tweaked my back in may on flat bench, i ended up taking 5 months off from any bb presses and even then only npp/deca made it feel like new. Ice and rest!!

haha, i definitely won't be doing any resting, but I will be icing it and using some NSAID's. i will probably skip lateral raises today, like i did last week, because that seems to hurt the most. it's in the right delt, in the medial head.

T Bar Rows - 260x8(+5lbs) - just felt too tired to do anything else, i dunno what happened last night, but it literally felt like someone slipped ambien in my bcaa's lol.

Great workout at first, then just got crazy tired after deads.
