Myostatin HMP Log - Giving it a whirl

I was a hit guy before. The heavy weights wreaked havoc on my tendons ans joints. Going through failure didn't help either.

Now I do moderate weight, short of failure. I am growing great and my joints feel very good

Is this something that you would recommend to guys who have already developed an appreciable amount of mature muscle? I mean, a "newb" is going to grow better off heavy weights in the beginning, no?

I definitely grew off of going to failure etc. I will never know how i would have grown off of moderate weight short of failure though. I am growing now, so i assume i would have grown then also and most likely stayed more injury free.

Another key point is that there are two main limiting factors, shbg and myostatin. So a myo inhibitor addresses one of those, now we just need to address the other. You can lower shbg with insulin, proviron, masteron, winny and a few other things. if you knock both of those limiters out, i think you will be very pleased with your results.

yep after your hormone levels have stabilized for a few weeks, and myostatin has had a chance to elevate in response. Then running the proviron and slin would knock out shbg
