Between the tren, ritalin, and the t3 you are going to a be a metabolic furnace. I think it will actually be hard to get your meals down due to the appetite blunting affects of these drugs.

lol well wen i start the T3 and ritalin we shall see, im sure ill be able to get the food down, T3 turns me into an eating machine, itll prob be hard not to eat while taking t3 even with Ritalin helping
 
okay todays workout

Bodyweight: 242

Sides: alot more water retention, especially around the face and chin, my bodys got carrying fair bit of water, it seems to be making me look soft but fuller in my muscles

Notes: slept absolutaly great last night again, another solid 9 hours, i can get use to this :) loving all this sleep im getting even on tren suddenly, amazed im sleeping without my sleeping meds

also today during my workout i was sweating like crazy, which i usually do but today was 13 degrees and i still sweated like crazy in a t shirt, felt great

today was also noticeably stronger and pumps were noticeably better

Trained: back, shoulders, traps

Sides: water retention, left nipple which has a small amount od previous gyno seems to be playing up aswell, little puffy and soft round the gyno

Notes: felt good today, despite the low carbs, still strong

expect to lose at least 10lbs in water weight if/when you drop the gh.

I was running 3-4iu's of pharm seros/norditropin. once I dropped the gh I lost 10lbs in a week. no strength loss and looked better imo.

Also, you may want to do a "trial run" where you take a break from gh a bit before showtime so you know how your body will react when you drop it out (what to expect, how long it will take to dry out, practice manipulating water/carbs, etc...)

yea ive heard about this, from what i gathered GH should be stopped 2 weeks before the show to get rid of water

as for carbs, i do carb cycle atm so ive been keeping an eye on how long ti takes me fill out, carb amounts etc

Sides: just some water not much else

Notes: took some letro to help with the water, not sure exactly how much it helped, it instead seemed to make my muscles feel flat rather then get rid of the water like it usually does

8 sets, 10-13 reps, last 2 sets 15 reps

Yes, well, there's a lot more to the story of how that GH ended up in thabloke's hands. No surprise of it being inert. Nothing would have survived that.

It's unfair to drag a sponsors name through the mud like that.

Big A, I wasn't intentionally dragging any sponsor through the mud. From what I hear, MAO is a top notch sponsor. I do not know the circumstances of how thatblokes GH journey went. My point was I am sure he was disappointed at the level.

Are you implying that there's a coverup? Why don't you detail to everyone the "journey" your GH took until it finally got injected in you (no refrigeration, foot powder, etc).
