had light meals today (didn't have time to cook so had 2 shakes)

Yes I had shakes but I don't use supplements....

My shakes are:
8oz liquid egg whites
12 oz 1% chocolate milk
3 globs of zero sugar chocolate syrup (I'd guess 3-4 tablespoons)
1 giant glob of creamy natural no stir pb (maybe 3-4 tablespoons)

shake that up for about 5 mins in a blender bottle.

I train the fuck out of my calves, they are the the first and last thing I train every day I go to the gym. I am actually on a full body routine 5 on 1 off right now that is working wonders.

Decided to make Saturday's....

My run days.

Not just normal run though, I do that as platoon pt during the week.
From now on Saturdays are going to be armor runs for me.

Knocked out 2 miles in 20 minutes today. Felt muscles in my ankles, shins, feet, toes, and calves that I never knew I had. Going to start doing that every Saturday now. Put it this way, I won't be running from bullets in less than body armor so why should I train in less than body armor?

bodyweight yesterday in the gym was 212lbs so I figure roughly the same for today.

My goal atm is to get my 2 mile armor run down to 16:36 or faster (that is a passing apft for 26yrs old, if I can do that with +40lbs I should run 13's at bodyweight with ease). After I get my time down to that I will push the distance out more and more.

So I added up how many eggs I eat per day on average.
Nothing less than 27 whole eggs per day...
A meal of eggs for me is 9 whole eggs and I typically have 3 egg meals per day... Now I'm not sure how many extra can be accounted for due to making shakes with liquid egg whites or my night time meal which is eggs + liquid whites.

Now throw in my 1lb lean ground beef before bed, then several shakes through the day made from liquid egg whites (1 cup at a time). 1/4 to 1/2 gallon chocolate milk a day. Lots of rice, red potatoes, lots of cheese (every egg meal has 1 cup of shredded taco cheese its topped with).

I guys telling me they aren't growing even though they eat alot. I ask how much they eat and they say 2 shakes a day and maybe a lb of meet, ohh yeah maybe 9 eggs a day....

Yey another armor run, just did one Saturday hahah. Well this time its -10lbs cause no camelpak at least ;)

PT test is the 11th, then block leave from 13July to 4Aug

I'm going to hold this weight for a week or so. A little more fluffy than I'd like to be. Just let my body catch up and "lean" into it. Legs and everything have blown up bigtime

Check my weight first thing at the gym. Note I've been dropping calories for the last 4 days or so to shred up a little. Today is zero carb day and I only had 3 tilapia fillets with a tbsp of butter for breakfast/pre workout meal...

Got asked by 2 different people today if I compete or are prepping for a show.

I told em once I grow another 20-40lbs of muscle I might try another amateur show.

great to see you back - i havent been active in a while. you are looking really solid - some hella impressive gains! especially quads and chest thickness/width. props for sticking with it! Looking beast!
