Lat is still a little pulled from last back day so no pull downs of any sort. Got some decent deadlifting in though. A pr for reps for sure.

Today went as so:
Defect Deadlifts (stand on 45lb plate to build explosive power from floor)
365x5, 405x5

Then Floor Deadlift
455x12 (nice little pr there for reps there)

After that I did a couple of bent over db rows just to pump nothing big, they just didn't feel right with the pulled lat.

Did some DB Hammer Curls
50x5
65x5
75x5
90x6

then just pumped out the bis with a cable rope curl I like to do, 100% constant tension baby reps just pumping em, 3 sets of 25 reps

Not sure if next deadlift day I want to try 455x20 or go back heavy again, maybe try and get 545 for some good reps

My Companies deadlift record for 1 rep is currently 435lbs

I told my First Sgt today that he's going to have to change those numbers soon
I really want to get close to 600lbs before I go have him change it though. Maybe in another month

Finally starting to pack some thickness.
4 more weeks of "growing" to do then its clean out for a a little to recover. Hoping to end around 235-240lbs while still somewhat keeping the abbs like I am now.

I weighted in at 232lbs today. Going to try and eat my way up to 240lbs in the next couple weeks.

Time to end this bulk and lean it up to get ready for next bulk.

Its been 2 months of eating crazy amounts of food. I will enjoy eating a little less for the next 4 weeks as I peel off the fat to get ready for the next one!

Can't wait to see next bulk's end results!
 
Big shout out to my Coach Phil Hernon without his knowledge he has passed on to me I wouldn't have packed on this much meat in such short a time.

Water weight is gone and a bit of fat is all gone.
Strength is higher now than when 235 =)

About to start pushing food and throwing in supplements again to get the next bulk running

Well about to rock this shit again.

Been off everything (no creatine, pre workout or protein powder either) for going on 3 months now.

Have hernia surgery Oct 31st its laproscopic so recovery time will be little about 3-7 days before I'm back in the gym.

Then its back on the grow wagon ;)

Here I am today at 215lbs flat as a fiddle and very shitty looking.

I have managed to maintain this 215 on about 2500 cals a day, zero cardio and gym for 30 mins a day 3-4 days a week (all weights drastically reduced)
The body has had some nice time to rest so once I get this surgery knocked out and a few days of absolutely nothing it will be ready for food and weights again.


I have a 10 weeker planned out with hopeful results similar to my last.
For those that forgot this was the end of my last bulk:

I'm hoping to end this new 10 weeker around 250lbs. Depending on how progress is going
I might just let it keep running also or I might give a few weeks to cruise on much less then go again.

Well I had my hernia surgery and lost alot. Went down to 205lbs sloppy from no gym and no diet for a few months (obviously no supps).

I'm back up to where I was though (lower weight this time though but just as big and even stronger :)) From muscle memory and just a little epistane ph

Just got some grow in though so time to push big time to hit some real size and weight. My last date with grow from this source I was up 30lbs (pics just above) so I'm hoping for a similar expeirence this time. Trying to hit about 250lbs within the next 16 weeks (currently 220-225ish)

Here was yesterday's log update:
Knocked out some heavy back width today.
320lb pullups 2 reps
290lb pullups 3 reps
245lb pullups 5 rep
220lb pullups (bodyweight) 7 reps

then tossed in a little cg db bp for triceps and and little upper chest work.

Starting next bulk tomorrow, 12 weeks going to try and hit 240+lbs keeping around same bf% I am now
