back once again lol
Well I had my hernia surgery and lost alot. Went down to 205lbs sloppy from no gym and no diet for a few months (obviously no supps).
I'm back up to where I was though (lower weight this time though but just as big and even stronger
) From muscle memory and just a little epistane ph
Just got some grow in though so time to push big time to hit some real size and weight. My last date with grow from this source I was up 30lbs (pics just above) so I'm hoping for a similar expeirence this time. Trying to hit about 250lbs within the next 16 weeks (currently 220-225ish)

Here was yesterday's log update:
Knocked out some heavy back width today.
320lb pullups 2 reps
290lb pullups 3 reps
245lb pullups 5 rep
220lb pullups (bodyweight) 7 reps
then tossed in a little cg db bp for triceps and and little upper chest work.
Starting next bulk tomorrow, 12 weeks going to try and hit 240+lbs keeping around same bf% I am now
