I am much in aggreement with Edge on this one. Drop all your carb powders for a month and just use whole foods.
My workouts are brief and very intense, cardio is done for a short time after wghts... i down some creatine, bcaa or lba's and crystal lite. then head home for a cpl chic brst, apple or banana and some olive oil or coconut oil. Best results in my life, no bs. On a side note, I hit each bodypart 2 times a week and my recovery is also better than ever.
