Hey guys! I've always been a competitive powerlifter, but a lot of people have been pushing me towards bodybuilding, soooooo I'm planning my first comp next year! I'm waiting til then to hopefully put some more size on. I'm currently 180 at 5'7

I can not even express with words to you two guys how happy you just made me with those comments! Especially coming from you two! Oh my goodness I am so elated, those comments coming from the both of you. I'm so honoured

Could you please elaborate, Phil and Big A, with what direction I should go and any other feedback whatsoever??? I would love to hear what else you have to say

Correction: I weighed in today at 188, not 180 as I stated in my OP
