Hey all,started using the rp6 on Monday,currently doing 3iu daily for 5 days on and 2 days off,can anyone give me some insight on when the best time to take it,is there certain times where it actually suits the use of it more.
Sofar ive taken one shot in the morning before i ate anything,that was on my first day,on my second day i took it just before i trained,is it just me or is this stuff suppose to give you the extra strength because i benched twice as more as i did last week when i wasn't on the rp6,anyways any information would be greatly appreciated,cheers all!
