I need to find some video for demonstrations on how to properly stretch out the back and hips in combination with lifting.
I have a foam roller but it is a small one. Really need to get a pvc pipe but I also want to do more stretching so that I can keep myself near injury free.
This morning I did deadlifts and I have a minor injury. Have a pain in my left rear that has been nagging me all day. Not sure if it is actually back related or not. Not sure how to properly stretch it to see if the pinched nerve or muscle will be reset.
