I've been reading in the testing thread and others around here and came up with this:
On three of my four training days per week I do 15iu GH and 15iu(more maybe?) slin PRE WORKOUT. This should give me big IGF spike yes?
Then, every other day I research Ipam/Mod 3-5 times per day. This should give me decent fatloss recomp, and I still have the high IGF level.
Or am I wrong about this? I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too lol.
