i have done some research on self administrating botox and it doesnt seem to difficult. there are facial muscle maps all over the internet showing the muscle groups and where to inject. its more about how much i think then anything else. trentinoin is the only thing that is proven to work on skin it comes in three strengths 0.025 0.05 and 0.1. i use 0.05 every evening. try the 0.025 first that may work for you. retinol or retin a that you buy over the counter doesnt work it is completley way to weak

I will tell you that the FDA has only approved one product for the treatment of wrinkles and its actually a drug, tretinoin

There are a million products on the market for "anti-aging", which just means reducing wrinkles. The serum I use has snap-8, vit c, hyaluronic acid, matryxl 3000 and a transdermal carrier like DMSO but not smelly. It`s a clear gel base that goes on smooth and dries/penetrates quick, the way a serum should

There are many fake and generic botox out there, but it is not something you wanna get a generic version of. It is patented by allergan, that is the only real seller of authentic botox. If I remember right my actual cost would be like $5/unit or something stupid, that is straight from Allergan. There is not much money to be made on botox since prices came down so much.

Retin A is just another name for tretinoin.
and retinol does work
you are completely out of your mind if you think you can self administer botox and none of your advice should be followed.
