Video will be up in a day or so, but Eric smoked a 675 like nothing tonight !!!! Might've been because Sir Flex Wheeler was there and Eric didn't wanna disappoint lol

He doesn't squat or deadlift whether it be at the gym or competition. He put up a 675 at a bodyweight of 198 for 3 reps back in high school and pulled a 675 as well. 11 days and counting!!!!!!!!

My boy broke three records today 660, 716, 722 all SPF records!!!!!!

What does SPF stand for? How much did he beat the record by.

SPF....Southern Powerlifting Federation. The old record was 715, so 7lbs.
