Yes my quads let me down last year 100%
Thank you ..I could use the excuse of a lower back injury ,
But there is no excuse because I could have trained around
It more effectively .. And I did not .. But on a positive note
My back is now @ 80% after addressing mobility issues .
. So I will be and have been training
Quads to my full ability ..
