Has your quads always been a strong point or is this something you have made a lot of improvements on this past year? Overall, great thickness and round muscle bellies. Hope you do well.

They've never been a weak point by any means. But they weren't such a strong point until this past year really. Since starting with Phil, they have really blown up. It's no coincidence that my squat has literally gone up 50+ lbs from where it was last year too

Looking great, kid. Good and full. One minor suggestion - bring your shoulders back on the side chest. It will show the chest and delts much better.

He looked pretty good---just didnt make the top 15. USA's light heavy was the biggest class in the show....32 guys I believe.

Ya...didn't make the top 15 cut. Disappointing...The class was huge and stacked. Feel like I got lost in the crowd a bit. Could have brought the conditioning in a little tighter too. But I keep trying to remind myself that this was just my 5th competition to ever do...just getting started

Planning on taking time to move up to heavies. Weighed in at 198.25 on the dot for this one...gonna get too big to ignore!!

Great job bro. From the comparisons, i can see you had some tough competition but held your own! your hammies and quads looked swole as hell! - def the best of the bunch. You'll do well as a heavyweight!
