i treat these peptides like a tool box. I use the 6 at times when i know that i should be eating throughout the day but am not hungry for one reason or another. Then as carbs wean down for the day later in the evening, i use 2.
I prefer 6, i cant tell you exactly why but maybe because i am closer to 40 than to 20 year old, and it is age dependent the 6 works better. Who knows.
I don't know if I read it here or at Dat's but the 6 was shown to be more beneficial for older fellas and the 2 was better for younger. I think older was considered atleast over 40 though.
