How much hgh post surgery???

Had a rough run last few years. Just got done with back procedure and now getting shoulder surgery followed by hip surgery. I haven't been able to do much for about a month and a half. Finally hit the wall so getting surgery in two weeks. I'm running about 3-4 iu daily. Should I up it post surgery? I've heard 10 iu for 10 days.... Seems like allot but would love to hear some feedback. Also running 100 to 150 mg test cyp. Appreciate any advice

first, thats a conservative HRT dose of cyp. consider 200-250 per week but not higher. the incidence of heterotopic calcification rise with higher test/DHT levels. HO as it is called is a pseudo bone formation in the soft tissue near where surgery takes place, during the healing process.

I have read the higher dose protocol and it doesnt make sense to me.

I would rather think the long slow use of 4iu's over months and months will yield the best healing, plus you will have an easier time returning to the gym and every day life.

I would however consider using TB500. anecdotal information is abundant and they are all singing its praises. lots of info about TB 500 dosing protocols here, but you can find it at osta-gain... and its on sale for 45% off right now too.
