Hey there everyone. I'm looking for some advice.
I live in Labrador Canada and have been working at a remote mine site on a 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule for 6 years now. I've been working out steady ever since i started working here in Voiseys Bay.
I am on the Ememergency Responce team as a trained and cirtified Fire Fighter.
I've competed in regional and Nation Firefit competitions for the last 4 years.
When I first started working here i was at 180 lbs (a weight i've been at since high school). I am now at 200 lbs and it seems that getting past that 200 lbs mark gaining is a challange. I've tried various different routines and have been using protien, creatine and test-boostwers.
Is there any way that i can find some safe and reliable products that i can use to gain maybe another 15 to 20 pounds in the next 6 to 10 months or even less.
I'd love some feed back on this.
