100% yes. I even think I am naturally darker now after using it over the years. Meaning even after a year off I am slightly darker than I was before ever using mt2. Obviously for full effect when using it you need to get out in the sun or use a tan bed. I wouldn't use a tan bed for more than 6 mins though as it's not the best thing to do. Maybe when guys are really dark try 9 mins an odd time.

Yea it will but not too much. U will notice a lil dif tho.
