My buddy 10 weeks out... Competing as a novice

This is my long time friend/lifting partner. We did our first show natty. I was 195 he was 148. I tried to talk him out of it but he wanted to take the plunge. I've been telling him for a while he's got some bad ass bodybuilding gentics. He's 22 5'11 and 195 pounds in this pic. He's taking 750 mg's human grade test E and that's it. We were going to throw some Tren and winny in there but with the progress he's made in the past 9 weeks with the test and how his virgin receptors are responding to it think he can easily stomp the class. What do you guys think? Btw he was always scared to do it haha now he loves it but I told him not to get too attached because that's why most guys stay on year round after there first cycle haha

I've been working with him on his diet and we've always just killed the gym branch warren style baby :headbang: I'll try to get some before photos but he went to the doc last year and he had a test level of like 400 something and the doc told him it was normal! Seriously?! So I knew he would respond really well.

I had him taking aromisin but he didn't like how it was making him feel. He's doing pretty low carb and moderate fats. No cardio right now. But yeah he's dry as hell for taking just test, and the puffy nips are from pubecent gyno he's had forever.

No doubt that's what I thought too. I'm proud of him and I'll certainly keep this thread updated I'm trying to get him to come on the forum but we'll see

hes got a very good base, he needs to be smart, with his health, and drug choices and cycles, if hes smart he can go far.... we all can go far infact, but to many people get caught up in crazy dosages lol... keep an eye on him he will be fine.

It's funny he never had good legs or shoulders now there starting be his thicker areas, just goes to show you when you hop on the sauce how your physique can change those areas that were naturally weak points start to pop

100 carbs a day. 60 grams of fat coming from avacado free range eggs and coconut oil. 300 grams of protein
