alas I don’t have much in materials at home because of lack of space I train in a small party of my room I have two dumbbells of 16 kg and a red elastic with a resistance of 35 kg I still manage to manage I do the maximum possible

I also have just two dumbbells with 10 kilos and some elastic band. But it's not easy to train big muscles like legs with 10 Kilos (20 kilos together)
I even hate training at home because my rooms are so small and I have no space.
But year you are right ... better something than nothing
I also do a lot of cardio like bikiing but after a few days my tendons hurt because it's not usal for my bodie to do so much cardio and I'm to heavy for so much cardio.
