Ok ...ok ... 5 weeks out pics

The more I look at these pics the smaller I feel :( maybe I need to take some with a pump after a crazy workout to make me feel better lol . . . oh and as of Tuesday I will finally be legal! At last I'll be able to buy a beer myself! haha

J, you look fantastic, so don't let your mind mess with you now. So...are you going to mix your beer with LBA's Tuesday? :D
 
You look good, very conditioned. Be cautious, you are looking a bit ahead of schedule and I'd hate to see you get stringy/flat in the final 2-3 weeks of dieting. Your quads are already zippered so your getting close. In all honesty I think 2 wks of hard dieting and you'd be able to hit the stage already. I would focus on more mass after this show and switch more to a compound move type program. You look like the type of physique that can produce lean gains all year long without much added fat.

I wish I could tell you your right about the lean gain comment but your not. I'm not one of those guys with a really high metabolism so if I don't watch what I eat I'll get chunky, its just my genetics. As far as the workouts go all I'm really doing is compound movements, Phil does my training so you know he doesn't have me doing concentration curls lol And I still have some fat in a few areas that have to go so we'll see how long it takes to come off, but thank you for all you nice words
