Reconstituting HGH

Hey guys, I'm new here and I have a question. I just got some hgh that come in 10iu vials. My question is how do I reconstitute the powder with 1mL of water because I think 1mL would overflow the vial? Sorry if this a newbish question.Thanks

It won't overflow. I think those are 2ml vials.

just don't shoot it in.......let is dribble down the side of the vial

When you first put the needle into the vial to inject the BW, make sure you hold back the plunger on the syringe. GH is vacuum sealed (should be anyway). If you don't hold the plunger, the vacuum will sometime have enough suction to cause a spray of BW into the powder as opposed to letting the BW drip down the side of the vial.

Why do you want the BW to drip down the side of the vial as opposed to just shooting it in?

How do you guys release the vacum? Do you stick a in with no syringe into the vial and let it escape that way?

Because if can damage the peptide.

To release the vacuum, I would use a syringe and hold on the plunger and let go slowly. I had some 2000IU HCG that I have probably used 4ml of air to release the vacuum. I would just stick the needle in and let it absorb. The vacuum release this way was rather abrupt; powder was flying everywhere in the bottle. Not sure how much vacuum there is in a GH vial, but I would try to do it slowly as not to disturb/damage GH too much.
