It was crap. I ended up throwing it away. This is my experience....perhaps others have had better results.

At 1mg (I think if I remember correctly, been a long time)...but yes. Made me a bit queezy the first couple times..but does work. the rest depends on your discipline...are you HUNGRY, or CRAVING food.-- i.e. If you think your hungry, but dont want to eat a bag of plain lettuce...then your really not that hungry.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I sometimes need to remind myself that I am not truly hungry. When I feel this way, I usually drink a glass of water with metamucil.

Yes, it suppresses a 'pleasure' neurotransmitter in the brain - one that is respnsible for the satiating feeling of food, along with others. Last I heard, It has not been approved in U.S. due to the number of suicides amongst clinical trials users. It will decrease the appetite, but be careful.

It didn't work for me. Not saying it won't work for others, but for me it didn't do anything.
