supplementing iodine

Anyone supplement iodine to improve thyroid function?

Iodine wont do a whole lot in the presence of AAS induced supra TSH levels

I just use iodized sea salt... Salt food to taste and that’s it...

I have used iodine mainly form kelp for quite some time. As many Americans don't seem to get optimal amounts of iodine. The salt that is used in baking and processing food is not iodized. And when I look at the literature and see how rapid salt loose the iodine that is in it once a container is opened I feel I should be supplementing it.
