Cialis is a drug doctors don't mind prescribing its as simple as asking. Even without insurance its cheap AF at costco pharmcy or with good RX.

I used to get sildenafil prescribed through my doctor and would use GoodRX to get it filled. Me and the doc just played with the dosages and number of pills on the app to see what was the cheapest. It turned out 90 100mg pills was the cheapest way to buy it. It’s been a while but I think it was about $40 for 90. I got it refilled a few times but I’ve still got a shit ton left! Lol I havent needed a refill since! I rarely use it anymore though. It makes me stuffy and my eyes bloodshot which I don’t like but the erection quality is crazy!! I’ve also been thinking about trying tadalafil to see if the side effects are less.

No biggy, I’m getting old too brother! I think 100mg is the most common dose here in the states. I usually just take half of one because a whole one is too much. Unless I’ve had a lot to eat then it takes more for it to work. I’m hoping I won’t have to worry about that on cialis. From what I understand food doesn’t affect it.

Really? 100mg, common dose? 20mg is highest recommended clinically (safe, most effective) dosage but we all know that goes out the window when the wind blows in bodybuilding.

I keep reading about the great pumps on Cialis . . . not me. No noticeable diff. Guess I am not taking enough (I am fine with my pump in both departments ) and I have heaps of the stuff but I am a scardy cat especially when messing with bp meds.

What I find interesting is the mechanism by which Cialis works, the active ingredient relaxing the smooth muscles and arteries in the penis, a local effect, did not know it had a systemic effect but perhaps it does at the larger dosage you mentioned. Could be some real science behind its systemic effect, not to discredit those who swear by it. A placebo? Who knows. If folks say it works, placebo or not, who is to not?

Initially mine was prescribed by an endocrinologist for 2.5 mg a day because I am on Trt. I got my primary doctor to up it to 5mg a day. GoodRx is cheaper than insurance, especially when you go the 90 day supply.

I took a 40mg Cialis yesterday just to see what would happen. The seller said there was even a 60mg version and Viagra at 150-200mg. The Cialis did what it usually does only more, noticed no sides.

Ya 5mg per day for me is going great. No sides, great pump in the gym and bedroom.
