Mix one cup peanut butter and one third cup honey (darker the better) and nuke for ninty seconds, then mix in one and one quater of whey protein and mix, then add one cup of old fashion quaker oats and mix, make into dough ball and flatten down in nine by nine glass pan, then put in fridge for twenty mins. Cut into two inch squares and you will always have something to carry with you to supplied protein and slow digesting carb with natural sugar and fats.
