am 53 yrs and my knees are bad ....still have decent deadlift and bench but cannot squat much anymore due to pain....have always trained as bodybuilder but my current workout partner who is younger and competes in PL has told me i should try it ...i dont wear belt and use straps for deads .... will have to learn to train without straps i guess , anyone else pull max without belt ? ....only a couple of guys at my gym that dont wear belt , anyways dont have anything to lose by trying
