Need some guidance here friends. I have been off everything for about 4 months and even on orals my levels have never been over 100. They are 104/263 right now. I eat rather healthy and lift 6 days a week. This test was in the morning before workout but with 5 days in a row of lifting prior to test. I know that can elevate your values. My plan is take Fri-Sun completely off and then re-test Monday morning. Any insights?
