I aim to invest my money into my business.
I also want to Save Time by buying Pre package meals from a local fitness company. Also i dont want too loose time by Cooking too much.
My question is for you guys.
Im trying to Get the most quality protein per Dollar.
I dont wanna loose size.
Here what im thinking to do.
Breakfast:-3 Whole eggs Harboiled
- 2 slice of Bio Bread(Dave killer Bread-21 grain)
-make a sandwich with Dijon mustard and mayonaise.
10:00am:-1 banana
LunchrePackage Fitness meal =(8oz of Ground beef(95% lean) 1 cup Veggies, 1 cup sweet potatoes)
2:00pm:-1 Orange
Dinerrepackage fitness meal =(8 oz of chicken , 1 cup veggies, 1 cup rice)
The only meal i have to cook is breakfast: hardboiled eggs.
The total cost per week is : 150$/week for this plan.
Any of you guys use Fitness meal company for meals?
Any other tips?
