And this is what a plus 20 inch arm looks like on someone who has site injected the hell out his biceps (and front delts, side delts, rear delts, lats, triceps, etc etc etc)......in the stretched out portion of a concentration curl. This is during the prep before Ruhl's last show.

Yes he is training that way now.....Dusty and I were supposed to be taking him thru a DC workout a little while back for Flex....still might happen in the future....I am going to put him thru the fucking meat grinder if it does and I told the editors of Flex that he better "be ready" because it sure as hell aint going to be fun. I wanted to see his face when Dusty got done with 500 pound deadlifts for about 23 reps and said "your up Dennis"
Lets put it this way "if moving "heavy slag iron" were people......Dusty is China"
the squat though.. do you have a video? his knees are way too far forward to indicate a successful lift w/ complete range of motion. could be wrong, but if i am.. dude's gonna have some serious injuries if his form isn't fixed
So basically he massed out his muscle then topped it off with site injections to get the extra edge and size over the other pros. check out this pic how he makes the biggest guys like Jay and Kai look small!
does anyone else wonder if they really do what is printed in magazines. I remembering reading about jays off season diet and he ate whataburger every night before if I look at a cheeseburger meal I am fat.
This guy also grew to this size by working each muscle once every 7 days. After doing the DC 2 way split I don't feel right training each bodypart once per week, I fear that I'm missing out on muscle growth but who knows.
