Hey guys, hows it going. Thought id just give a little update. Im 10 weeks out from the next show i plan to do, its gonna be u21 category again. Just a few pics, think im slightly behind...but im 27lbs bigger at this stage then i was last year.
Weight is 213lbs in the morning
Cardio is 6 times a week at 30 mins
Diet is around 320-340g protein, 270g carbs and about 30g fat
Supps im just running 700mg test and 200mg tren e. I plan to up it to 300mg tren e from sunday. Fat burners are just eph and caffiene atm with some t3. Doing everything myself this year, so far strength everything is good!

Also yes im a proper hairy bstard need to shave the legs lol
