Here are a few pics from today - 3 weeks out. Progress is slow but steady. I'm still seeing improvement in definition and separation to my eye in the mirror - although it may not be easy to see in the pics as they have to be reduced in size/detail in order to post them.
Body weight is holding steady, actually I'm up about 1&1/2 lbs over the past 7 days after last weekends trial run shitload. I never get decent detail in my quads until the final week. Posing could be beter - I know - I'll work at it. Constructive comments/suggestions are welcome.
