Thanks..I am still onkeep pushing hard-diet,lifting,cardio and less sleep and rest(the biggest problem for me-not enought time for rest

Yes..I work in Golds(Rockville)but workout in Fitness First or Rockville Fitness(used to be Planet Fitness)
