I am 5.1".and now round 108lbs and 8% body fat..
my goal is 98-95lbs.
So lets see:)

giving up is for the weak...and you do not come off as a weak person. mental toughness can you get anything in this world that you want...stay focused and do your BEST!

For 3 weeks out, you are well on your way!!!

keep it up...the diet is tough.
 
Wow, you really have leaned out quite a bit. I dont see why youre worried so much about your legs, they look great! I take it your doing figure competition, right? I would think you will score very good, considering you have 3 more weeks to improve on yourself. Be sure to post up some pics from the show!

Its just so hard..-work out,food,cardio...:(
First time-harder then I was thinking....
I just found a new person to help me with the diet,so lets see...
having big problem with loosing my leg's muscles....-my legs are bigger then my upper body...-right now I am doing 2h.cardio and once a week high reps(5x100rep)leg curls and deadlift...:(

I agree with ya on this one. You look great...especially those legs...wish my girl had some legs like that, damn. ;)

Annie, Big improvements that's for sure. The problem is not the muscle in your legs it is the fat stored there. Now instead of trying to burn off the muscle in your legs you should be thinking in the opposite direction............BUILD THE UPPER BODY! This will help to balance your physique more. You have excellent lines now, But I do agree with you, your legs are your strongest Body part. SO for next time work on bringing the upper body muscularity up some. Do not worry annie, you will not get big unless you resort to drugs OK! it just does not happen this way for women! So nail this show and then get to work in the gym on the top half! :) Very pretty girl!

I am super "clean'from drugs(even vitamins I do not take)..Working so hard(heavy)-this week I did 55lbs flat dumbbells chest press,35 lateral shoul.raise and doing a lot of pull ups...but its just hard...My legs is my strong part(11 years martual art)..:(
I still do not know why I decided to do a show...but I promised to my clients and I do not want to disappoint them...
:)

Those are good numbers annie. About doing a show. I think that anyone that is serious enough about training should give competition a try. It will teach you a lot about yourself. The number one reason to do a show is you! Not everyone else. It should be something you want to do. set your goal and then go for it! Once this show is over you can eat more food and do less cardio. This will go a long way to improving your upper body!
