Annie, Big improvements that's for sure. The problem is not the muscle in your legs it is the fat stored there. Now instead of trying to burn off the muscle in your legs you should be thinking in the opposite direction............BUILD THE UPPER BODY! This will help to balance your physique more. You have excellent lines now, But I do agree with you, your legs are your strongest Body part. SO for next time work on bringing the upper body muscularity up some. Do not worry annie, you will not get big unless you resort to drugs OK! it just does not happen this way for women! So nail this show and then get to work in the gym on the top half! having big problem with loosing my leg's muscles....-my legs are bigger then my upper body...-right now I am doing 2h.cardio and once a week high reps(5x100rep)leg curls and deadlift...

I am trying a lot to bring upper body musculatity up..but is hard. I am just loosing my waist(from 25 I am 19-20 now)and lean my core(even with out abs exer.)
I am super "clean'from drugs(even vitamins I do not take)..Working so hard(heavy)-this week I did 55lbs flat dumbbells chest press,35 lateral shoul.raise and doing a lot of pull ups...but its just hard...My legs is my strong part(11 years martual art)..
I still do not know why I decided to do a show...but I promised to my clients and I do not want to disappoint them...
