You look fabulous. One reccomendation to help place higher at national level events would be to concentrate on your left arm to get it a bit larger to better match the right.

You really look fabulous, your legs are awsome man, really fabulous, so often over looked. Nice separation, size. Can't see striations, due to distance from camera. That applies to arms, too,don't know if they are striated or not due to camera distance. One thing, if you are at National level, your calves are not in keeping with your quads. I know its very hard for some, I'm lucky that way. I don't know if your calves respond to work or not. Great back shot, width. Like your pecs, good shape and definition, real nice. Pecs are hopeless for me. Look forward to seeing next 4 weeks. What sort of show is it, and what weight are you at?

i was 224 in that pic..i am 5'11". i am doing the mark perry's show the central states in columbus,in-may 31 and the indianapolis championships-june 7
