Not bad for spending little time around the iron (1-2 hours a week) and more time doing bjj and some stand up work. I am a testament to a lifetime of lifting. I am 52 and have been lifting on and off since I was 11. <<<< Kinda goes with Big A's thread on CONSISTENCY along with TIME!!!!!!

I will spend the next few days trying to decifer Phil's post so I can decide if it was a compliment or one of his famous barbs!
