You know it. That's why I train early, because before 7:00am there are no rules. I can't wait till the Az, I think my partner Joe is going to ruin a lot of peoples day. At least all of those shooting for the overall . I guess we'll see though. You never know when the next freak will come out of the woodwork.

JJ is doing well. He is a close friend that has retired personally from BB but still loves to help people get diced for comp. He ownes chiropractic clinics in Az, so it's safe to say that he traded in moving big weight for making big MONEY.

Hey Dusty, thank you for the update. Please pass on my sincere regards to JJ. He was one of the greats that inspired me to keep at it. Tell him "Thank You, from an old fan"!!

I'm sure he is. He's about 5'8" started his diet around 250lbs and will be coming in as a pealed HW. His biggest strength is that he hasn't competed in 15 years but never stopped training, so you can imagine the muscle maturity. I love to give him shit by telling him that the last time he was on stage I was 10.

Also wanted to mention that I can't wait to see Hutch or BB player on stage. You guys have brought some sick packages in the past and it looks like you're getting ready to do it again. Good Luck

im glad to see some familiar faces in this thread. pretty cool that everyone knows one another in some way or another. looks like we got the old guys comming in again this year?/ with the old 15 years plus training behind them. i cant imagine competing past 33 or so, i was almost done myself, after having lost to a mini dinosaur in 05. i hope bodybuilding goes back to shape, because thats what im all about. good too see everyone here, dusty, vander, hutch, and awn. awn when you gonna come beat me? lol, take it easy guys.

yeah man i moved again. im glad to see you still lurk around here. last i saw you was about 2 years ago when dave henry was the guest poser. i think so anyway. im pretty much the same, but have added size and have kept myself tight. i dont get very big in the offseason, i actually shrink down and just take it easy. then when i want to, i come back bigger and better each time. muscle memory is the greatest.
